I always stay there for work for one or two nights. I can say that always the attention is great, employees are very polite and always on attention. The rooms are big and comfortable, room is always warm and beds are good. One good thing is that they put 3 types of pillows hard, soft and medium, so you can choose the one that best fits your rest. Breakfast is complete and delicious they have the option of cups to take coffee out, helps a lot when you are in a rush. Don’t know if they have gluten free menu. I recommend this place

Second visit to La Paz; very nice hotel! The room was very welcoming, clean and comfortable. The services from the front desk, room service and breakfast in the restaurant were fantastic. I even opted to take the teleferico from the airport to the hotel since I get motion sick and the hotel arranged for taxi to pick me up at the airport - take me to the telefrico in El Alto and pick me up after my very nice teleferico ride down at the end just a few short blocks from the hotel. Will highly recommend to my colleagues and looking forward to coming back soon!

I loved the details that I found everywhere. They really made me feel at home, super cared and pampered. Very rich food and excellent service. The very comfortable rooms and decoration of all spaces is very nice.

Amazing! All the staff of the hotel is super friendly, always willing to help in everything, even with things foreign to the hotel and always with a smile. It was my friend's birthday and they brought a chocolate cake to the room with a greeting card signed by all the staff, and they had several incredible details! We do not want to leave! The rooms are very comfortable and the location is excellent! I would definitely go back!
